What countries do you ship to?
By the moment we ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Russia, India and Turkey territory.
What is the item processing time?
After receiving your order, we make a quality control in order to ensure the quality of the products and then we package carefully the items and wait for the shipping company to collect the package. The processing time usually takes one to seven business days. Only if we are waiting restocking the processing time may be slightly longer. We reserve the right to cancel the purchase and refund the total price of the product if we do not have stock, any changes are communicated by email.
How much it takes to deliver the package?
-Standard delivery to USA usually arrives within 5-20 business days.
-Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. territories, and P.O. Boxes may take a few more days to arrive.
-Standard delivery to Canada and Mexico takes within 45-60 business days.
-Standard delivery to Brazil takes within 35-60 business days.
-Standard delivery to Russia takes within 25-50 business days.
-Standard delivery to India and Turkey takes within 25-40 business days.
Please note that factors such as delays in logistics and customs clearance can have an effect on delivery time.
Do your shipments have a tracking number?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation 1-7 days from the shipping date, e-mail us at email@example.com.
My order has been sent, why don't I see the tracking info?
Your order has been sent, however, it can take up to 1-5 days for tracking info to show up in the system.
Can I cancel my item, exchange my size or shipping address?
Yes, you can. However, you would have to inform us before your item has been shipped. Please note we can't do the exchange once we have shipped your order.
What if the address was wrong?
If the recipient's address was wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to the return address, however, the packages are sometimes not returned to the sender. In this case, you would have to process a new order to replace the original.
