  • Will I have to pay sales tax?

    We will send out your parcel as a "gift"  and mark the value in low. In the most of cases customer won't need to pay any tax, but we can't promise no sales tax.



  • How can I do the payment?

    You can choose Paypal or credit card to pay at our website. Notice that you can pay with your credit card trough Paypal even if you do not have a Paypal account.


  • Do you have a shop?

  • Can I exchange my item, size or shipping address?

    Yes, you can. However, you should inform us before your item has been shipped. Please note we can't do the exchange once your order has been shipped.

  • How fast can I get my order?

    -Standard delivery to USA usually arrives within 5-20 business days.


    -Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. territories, and P.O. Boxes may take a few more days to arrive.

    -Standard delivery to Canada and Mexico takes within 45-60 business days.

    -Standard delivery to Brazil takes within 35-60 business days.

    -Standard delivery to Russia takes within 25-50 business days.

    -Standard delivery to India and Turkey takes within 25-40 business days.

    Please note that factors such as delays in logistics and customs clearance can have an effect on delivery time.


  • Can I return an item?

  • Do you offer a guarantee of your products?

    Yes, of course. If your order arrived damaged or not as described please, contact us within the 7 days after receiving the item. We will usually resend the order or offer you a full refund.
